Some General Meeting Information From Our Board 5/24/2023

The Mustard Club prides itself on the spirit of consistently giving to various well deserving causes. This is enabled through you, a really generous membership that we on the Board are extremely proud to serve. Over time we have had more spontaneous monthly donation requests at the meetings in addition to the traditional biannual efforts. To ensure success for all deserving causes and minimizing competing efforts anyone that wishes to raise money must get prior approval no less than 2 weeks before the meeting at which you want to do so.

The Mustard Club loves to promote what's going on in the German community! We absolutely invite folks to come up and get the word out for your event. When your event is successful, as the German American community, we are all successful. Luckily more and more people have announcements which is awesome..  With such a great crowd each month we need to reduce congestion at the front and respect everyone's time to speak. Please remain in your seat until called up, and when you are done on the microphone, clear the front area. Only the MC board should remain to resume the meeting and keep things rolling along.

Thank You!
