Good on Beef, Poultry, Pork, Lamb, Fish
1 Garlic clove, crushed
1 tablespoon Händlmaier’s Altbayerischer Mustard
½ teaspoon finely slivered Lime peel
2 teaspoons Lime juice
2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mash/mix until fairly smooth. Makes about 3½-4 tablespoons.
